Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the organization’s dynamic HR team. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring the alignment of people strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness, strengthening team performance, and providing expert guidance on HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with department managers to support organization and personnel management, improving operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the department, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and attract the best-fit candidates.
3. Workforce Planning & HR Operations
- Monitor the execution of HR plans, including onboarding, resource release, personnel deployment, and utilization.
- Ensure timely and effective HR operational support to meet business needs and maintain HR efficiency.
4. Organizational Development & Culture
- Contribute to building a positive organizational climate that enhances team cohesion and boosts employee morale.
- Facilitate activities and programs that promote team vitality and engagement.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
- Support daily HR-related operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
6. HR Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between management and staff, providing expertise and guidance on a broad range of HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
