Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Management Operations Specialist to support and drive leadership effectiveness and operational excellence across the organization. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing leadership development initiatives, manager operations, and capability-building strategies. The ideal candidate will blend data-driven decision-making with a strong understanding of talent development and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Operations & Analysis
- Conduct data analysis to monitor work progress, assess risks, and generate insights that support strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on operational metrics and leadership development outcomes.
2. Leadership Operations
- Execute routine management operations to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
- Design and implement succession planning frameworks for high-potential employees.
- Create and facilitate development programs to enhance managerial soft and functional skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to foster a continuous learning culture.
- Develop and execute leadership capability enhancement programs, including MFP (Management and Functional Program) initiatives.
3. Collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
- Partner closely with HRBPs to ensure company-wide leadership requirements and development goals are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Support HRBPs in translating strategic business needs into leadership capability strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, leadership development, or talent management within large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
