Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior RPA Developer to join our innovative team. This individual will play a crucial role in leveraging RPA technologies to streamline and automate business processes, ensuring seamless system integrations and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath & Power Automate integrations to meet business needs.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new automation processes.

3. Utilize proficiency in a range of programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, C#, and related frameworks.

4. Manage and optimize databases, ensuring sound data modeling and integration techniques. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases is a must.

5. Design solutions rooted in enterprise architecture principles, including service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices.

6. Engage in system integration efforts, with a focus on API management and connectivity.

7. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.

8. Continuously monitor automation processes and provide post-implementation support.

9. Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, understanding of business processes, and delivering solutions in line with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proven experience with UiPath & Power Automate integrations.

2. Solid understanding and proficiency in any of these languages: Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, C#, and related frameworks.

3. Extensive experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and data integration techniques.

4. Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, including SOA and microservices.

5. Demonstrated ability in solution design methodologies and system integration.

6. Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

7. Strong communication skills with a flair for understanding and interpreting complex business processes.
