Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Data Business Development professional to help expand and manage our local data ecosystem in Indonesia or the Philippines. This role bridges the gap between data strategy and commercial partnerships, ensuring that our data assets grow in scale, diversity, and relevance to support product innovation and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global teams to identify and meet local data sourcing needs

  • Build and manage relationships with data partners, suppliers, and third-party platforms

  • Lead end-to-end business development efforts including partner outreach, negotiation, project execution, and ongoing account management

  • Track and analyze industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory updates

  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to improve data acquisition strategies

  • Ensure timely delivery and integration of data projects that support business and product objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in internet, fintech, or related industries; prior experience in business development or data partnerships is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate across teams and cultures

  • High sensitivity to data trends and solid understanding of local market dynamics

  • Proactive, adaptable, and analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

  • Fluent in English.

  • Familiarity with local data ecosystems, including telcos, credit bureaus, and alternative data providers
