Role Overview:

The Civil Engineering Manager is responsible for the planning, design review, and execution of civil construction projects. This role ensures structural quality, construction safety, and timely delivery of sub-projects. It requires coordination across teams, contractors, and compliance with engineering standards.

Job Description:

• Lead the execution of civil engineering construction activities

• Review and approve civil engineering designs and modifications

• Supervise progress, quality, and safety across all construction sub-projects

• Develop project schedules and technical implementation plans

• Establish and enforce safety procedures and quality assurance measures

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance reviews for ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Willing to work on-site - Morowali, Indonesia

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field

• Over 5 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, and cost estimation

• Familiarity with engineering regulations and construction methodologies

• Holder of a valid professional engineering license recognized locally or internationally

• Excellent leadership and project coordination skills

• Proficiency in Chinese and English preferred
