Role Overview:

The Electrical Engineering Manager is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of all electrical systems within the industrial site. This includes both high- and low-voltage systems, automation, and instrumentation. The role involves hands-on problem solving, preventive maintenance planning, and design review.

Job Description:

  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of all electrical and instrumentation equipment

  • Manage both high-voltage and low-voltage systems across the site

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and safety procedures

  • Prepare and track spare parts reports for critical equipment

  • Review electrical design and contribute to project planning

  • Troubleshoot faults and lead resolution of technical issues

Requirements:

  • Willing to work on-site - Morowali, Indonesia

  • College degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design and commissioning

  • Strong understanding of both high-voltage and low-voltage systems, including automation and instrumentation

  • Proficient in analyzing electrical faults and implementing corrective measures

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Physically capable and open to full-time on-site work

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English preferred
