Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR point of contact for the Commercial Business Unit, delivering responsive and strategic support.
- Lead and support HR projects and process planning tailored to Business Unit operations.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Provide consultative guidance to managers and employees on HR-related policies and practices.
- Oversee daily HRGA administrative tasks such as time and attendance, internal budgeting, business travel arrangements, vendor management, office procurement, and asset tracking.
- Ensure all practices comply with local labor laws and internal company policies; stay abreast of evolving legal and HR regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to generalist roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1 or higher) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications or training (e.g., BNSP Certification in Human Resource Management, Payroll, Taxation, BPJS, HRIS training, Brevet A & B) will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with local HRIS platforms such as Talenta, Gadjian, Sleekr, or ERP systems is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to contribute to organizational development initiatives, including manpower planning and KPI development.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and delegation skills; able to thrive in fast-paced, self-directed work environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; capable of preparing analytical reports and presentations.
- Fluent English and Indonesian. Able to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Possesses maturity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
