In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees throughout their entire lifecycle at Hype Invention, from recruitment to development.

What you will be doing:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions.
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating offer letters.
• Develop and implement a seamless onboarding program for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Maintain accurate employee records and handle administrative tasks.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns and facilitate a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

• Assist with the performance review process by coordinating and administering employee development programs.

HR Compliance & Administration:

• Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee leave requests and time off.
• Maintain confidential employee files.

What you will need to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law would be a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
