Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and support our call center operations in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions—from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance, labor relations, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to call center leadership by understanding business needs and providing tailored HR solutions that support operational goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, leveraging labor market analysis and competitive benchmarking to attract top talent. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Labor Relations & Compliance Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, overseeing employee contracts, labor disputes, and government reporting. Act as the liaison with legal and regulatory bodies when needed.
- Employee Benefits & Work Visa Management Manage benefits administration including BPJS registration, and coordinate work visa applications for expatriate employees in alignment with local regulations.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building Foster a positive work environment by driving employee engagement initiatives, organizing internal events, and promoting company culture. Support team-building and training programs.
- Office Administration & Facilities Management Oversee office leasing, optimize workspace usage, and manage procurement and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in full-spectrum HR roles, including at least 3 years managing large teams in operational environments (e.g., call centers, manufacturing). Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Hands-on experience with visa/work permit processing and government coordination.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments with resilience and agility.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with managing cross-cultural teams and supporting global HR initiatives.
- Experience in facilities and vendor management within a corporate setting.
