We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end technical execution of two flagship projects: a global eSIM mobile/web application and a B2C video streaming platform. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across mobile and web platforms.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Oversee all project phases: planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables with clear accountability.
• Track progress using Jira/Trello/Notion, and provide transparent, regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to evaluate technical feasibility.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Support project budgeting and resource allocation as needed.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment that prioritizes quality and on-time delivery."

Requirements :

• +5 years of experience in technical project management or related roles within software development environments.
• Proven experience delivering B2C mobile/web applications, preferably in telecom, media streaming, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and app store deployment processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (5–10 members) in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
