Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with demonstrated experience in industrial relations and at least one of the following HR focus areas: talent development, organizational development, or IR strategy. This role will partner with leadership to build an engaged, high-performance culture while managing employee relations and complex people matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership teams across business units.
• Lead industrial relations efforts, including union negotiations, dispute resolution, and labor compliance.
• Design and deliver programs in talent development or organizational development based on business needs.
• Address employee issues, foster engagement, and drive a positive working environment.
• Partner with other HR functions to align workforce planning, performance management, and succession plans.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making.
• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of HRBP experience with strong exposure to industrial relations in Indonesia.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, union dynamics, and employee engagement.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven success in at least one of the following: talent development, organization development, or workforce transformation.
• Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed, multicultural environment.
