Role Overview: We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Specialist to manage both talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about attracting top talent and enhancing the company’s presence as an employer of choice in the digital finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute employer branding campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, job fairs, campus events, etc.) to boost visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content that highlights company culture, values, and employee experiences.
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment of employer brand messaging.
• Analyze recruitment and branding metrics to continuously improve processes and outreach effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment data and reports using internal HR systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment; exposure to employer branding is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required; English fluency preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media, branding tools, and content marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for storytelling and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with competing priorities.
