Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom In charge to lead operations at our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily operations, and driving showroom sales while upholding the brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showroom Management: Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and a premium retail environment.
• Sales & Customer Service: Drive in-store sales through excellent customer service, styling assistance, and upselling strategies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train showroom staff to meet performance targets and maintain brand standards.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams for replenishments, and manage stock movement accurately.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom layout aligns with brand aesthetics, seasonal campaigns, and product focus areas.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain sales reports, footfall data, and customer feedback to contribute to business strategy.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop long-term relationships with key customers and VIP clients to increase retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual presentation.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about fashion and retail.
