Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads. You’ll handle quick calls to qualify applicants, assist with questions, and provide excellent customer support. You’ll collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are fully prepared and provide support when the team is tied up.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Qualification: Answer inbound leads, quickly qualify them with a call, and ensure they're a great fir for our bootcamps.
- Customer Support: Repond to students’ questions through email, messages, and calls – providing them with all the information they need.
- Lead Management: Help track leads by logging activities and keeping things organized in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Follow-Ups: Stay connected with potential students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, keeping them engaged and ensuring everything stays on track.
- Miscellaneous Support: Qualify leads before passing them on to the sales team so they’re ready for the next step.
What We're Looking For
- Great communication skills and strong English.
- You're proactive, self motivated, and ready to take on any challenge.
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Preferably a school leaver.
