Job Description:
- Actively approach potential clients and handle B2B sales, particularly for event partnerships.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including: Managing online advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Creating Google Maps listings and encouraging customer reviews. Running online campaigns to boost online presence and customer engagement.
- Create regular marketing reports with clear performance metrics (e.g., new customers, sales growth, engagement).
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to brainstorm creative marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and understand the target audience, especially those interested in Japanese cuisine.
- Represent the brand with confidence, creativity, and proactive ideas.
Job Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the FnB industry.
- Prior experience in Japanese restaurants or understanding of Japanese culture is a plus.
- Strong initiative, creativity, and willingness to explore and experiment with marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Solid understanding of target marketing and positioning strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online analytics.
- Able to generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports using data and insights.
- Comfortable working with goals, KPIs, and tight timelines.
