Key Responsibilities:

• Produce timely and accurate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
• Lead budget planning processes, monitor financial performance, and suggest strategic improvements.
• Oversee inventory costing, perform regular reconciliations, and ensure alignment with physical stock records.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, disbursements, and credit control.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards; manage external audits and regulatory filings.
• Improve financial workflows by optimizing the use of internal systems, especially in areas like inventory management and sales tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles. Previously as Auditor at BIG 4.
• Minimum of 3 years leading accounting teams within multinational or foreign-owned organizations.
• Proven success in enhancing accounting operations and introducing improvements in fast-paced companies.
• Ability to design and implement accounting procedures and corporate policies from scratch.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP or other integrated financial systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills across departments.
• High-level proficiency in English for both verbal and written business communication.
• Availability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
