Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in the real estate and financial services sector will added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, leave, benefits, and employee documentation
• Handle employee relations and foster a productive and engaging work environment
• Collaborate with leadership on performance management and workforce planning
