Business Analyst (AI)

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure that each AI project runs smoothly in administration, planning, implementation, management, development, and monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field
  • Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Consulting role, especially at CXaaS Platform (AI Omnichannel / AI Chatbot / AI Voicebot)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
