We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (BC Specialist) to optimize business processes and enhance the adoption of Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role focuses on aligning system functionality with business needs, training end-users, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and ensure the Dynamics 365 system aligns with operational needs.
• User Training & Support: Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to its full potential.
• System Configuration & Management: Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring optimal setup, functionality, and compliance with best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for system enhancements, recommend improvements, and lead system optimization initiatives.
• Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption and system utilization by facilitating workshops, training sessions, and process documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant/Functional Specialist.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements and extension creation.
• Experience in user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to drive system adoption.
• Ability to analyze, document,and optimize business processes using Business Process Modeling techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional system configurations.

Qualifications

Individual should possess a bachelor's degree in computing, Information Technology, or other relevant
