Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React Native Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mobile development and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible not only for building scalable mobile apps but also for contributing to overall code quality and team standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

• Integrate with real-time services like SignalR and manage application state with Redux.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver features end-to-end

• Perform daily code check-ins, write clean and maintainable code, and follow development best practices

•Review pull requests (PRs) from other developers to ensure high code quality, consistency, and adherence to standards

• Use Datadog and other monitoring tools to analyze app performance and troubleshoot issues

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and task management via Jira

• Work with Azure cloud services for integrations, deployment, gile methodologies and environment management

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile development using React Native

• Solid understanding of SignalR, Redux, Datadog, and performance monitoring tools

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Storage, DevOps, etc.)

• Proven ability to review PRs, mentor junior devs, and maintain code quality across the team

• Familiarity with Jira, Agile workflows, and sprint planning tools

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

•Mac machine preferred for development and testing compatibility
