Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Log and manage customer tickets using the ZOHO support system.
- Resolve complaints effectively and update cases accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal departments for unresolved issues.
- Conduct outbound calls for sales, surveys, and service follow-ups.
- Perform operational health checks for partner and Payable merchants.
Qualifications:
- Male candidates only, Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in a call center/customer service role.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with mobile apps.
- Willingness to work on a shift/roster basis, including weekends.
