Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the company’s transactional finance and back-end administrative functions. This role will focus on document management and Data Entry within a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, financial documentation and invoicing
  • Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance and proper organization
  • Communicate effectively with the local team to ensure smooth administrative processes
  • Support management with general administrative tasks, including organizing meetings and maintaining records
  • Participate in business meetings and huddles to stay aligned with company operations

Role Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of prior experience in an administrative or finance-related role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and financial administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (such as MYOB or Xero).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
