Role Description

We are seeking a team of experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultants to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Finance and Operations modules for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in D365 F&O with hands-on experience in financial management, supply chain, procurement, budgeting, fixed assets, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O modules, especially the Finance and Operations components.
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional solutions using D365 F&O.
  • Configure and customize F&O modules based on business needs.
  • Provide support for existing Dynamics AX or D365 environments, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations on process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Train end-users and prepare user documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
  • Manage data migration, integration, and testing activities.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O implementations.
  • Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O Finance and Operations implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial and supply chain processes.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Azure DevOps is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).
