About us:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our product design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like Figma, a strong understanding of user-centered design, and the ability to independently manage design tasks from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging UI/UX solutions for both web and mobile applications.
• Work independently on design projects, taking ownership from initial concepts to final handoff.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business and technical goals.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variants.
• Ability to structure clear wireframes and user flows.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of usability testing and user feedback analysis.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Passion for crafting clean, engaging, and user-focused designs.
• Good communication skills for presenting ideas and accepting feedback.

Nice to Have:

• Graphic design experience using Photoshop or Illustrator for branding assets.
• Knowledge of motion design using tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Skills in UX writing and content strategy for user interfaces.

Education:

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
