ShiftX Global is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Account Manager – Digital to join our team. You’ll be the driving force behind managing digital campaigns for both local and international clients, ensuring every project is executed with precision and impact.

This role goes beyond a typical agency account job—you’ll combine strategic thinking, campaign oversight, and strong client relationships to deliver results that stand out.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their go-to partner for all digital needs.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign operations, making sure deliverables are on time, on budget, and up to standard.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable digital strategies and present content calendars, plans, and reports.
  • Work hand-in-hand with design, media, and development teams to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or account handling (agency background is a plus).
  • Successful track record running multi-brand digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics (bonus if you’ve used others too).
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and interactive skills
  • Excellent spoken and Written ability in both Sinhala and English Languages (Tamil is an added advantage)
