About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. Our client offered commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review the draft agreements also negotiate the key points with the counterparts;

• Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional departments, including legal opinion or support associated with business process improvement, product developments and operational matters

• Handling legal dispute

• Prepare and submit report to authorize institution

• Give continued support on the creation, standardization, and implementation of legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures, and standard operational guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Legal fields.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of law or legal field.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory as it is required to liaise with key stakeholders.

• Open for any industries.
