Role Description :We are seeking a highly skilled motivated and forward-thinking DevOps professional who is passionate about technology, teamwork, and driving positive change.

Responsibilities:

  • Design of automated deployment solutions, systems, and features to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of services.
  • Build scalable deployment solutions in cloud services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
  • Ensure the high performance of production systems through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Front facing technical and non-technical clients and working in on-shore / off-shore model by offering technical solutions to their dev-ops related matters.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to monitor system health, performance, and security.
  • Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand their requirements and provide assistance and guidance when needed.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development workflows, tools, and processes.
  • Work closely with technical or non-technical client stakeholders, understand and analysis their requirements and deliver results up to expectations with proper estimations.
  • Ability to manage, report teamwork progress in scheduled work periods to senior stakeholders in the company and support to keep the projects under control.
  • Mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support in implementing DevOps best practices.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps, including at least 2-3 years client facing project experience. Anything below the minimum experience stated will be considered for the Associate Technical Lead position.

Professional Qualifications: B.Sc. degree in computer science/information technology or relevant field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Cloud experience: AWS and/or Azure.
  • Operating Systems: Linux, Windows.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines: GitLab, GitHub Action, Jenkins.
  • Knowledge in containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS.
  • Expertise on IaC: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, CDK etc.
  • Scripting experience: Bash, PowerShell, Python.
  • Troubleshooting existing applications.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Database awareness and basics.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Google Cloud Platform.
  • Project Management Skills.
