The Senior Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing high-level administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the US, Canadian, or Australian markets, possess strong English communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Position Overview:

Senior Sales Support Executive will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes, manage customer relationships, and assist in the preparation of sales materials.

Job role:

  • Carry out effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Responsible for preparing field sales plans based on the product, market plans, company differentiation strategy, and core competencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring profitable terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Responsible for preparing field sales plans based on the product, market plans, company differentiation strategy, and core competencies
  • ⁠Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in the tech or energy management industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the US/Canda
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, CIM or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
