We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Candidate to join our Support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a US client base, providing the first line of support to end-customers for both non-technical and technical issues.

Save Energy Systems is a US-based technology company providing affordable and scalable Energy Management Systems.

Position Overview:

This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the field.

Job role:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers.
  • Respond to questions and concerns about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage and execute reporting back to the business.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and updating spreadsheets.
  • Prepare reports and maintain internal databases.
  • Process requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist management in various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or tech support role.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with experience working with a US client base being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and troubleshoot effectively, especially in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven record of providing exemplary customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
