Job role:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Respond to questions and concerns about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage and execute reporting back to the business.
- Assist in onboarding new customers.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and updating spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports and maintain internal databases.
- Process requests and ensure timely completion.
- Assist management in various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or tech support role.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with experience working with a US client base being advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and troubleshoot effectively, especially in high-pressure environments.
