Key Responsibilities
l Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across multiple sales channels.
l Target Management: Analyze, prepare, and distribute sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
l Performance Analytics: Oversee real-time monitoring and reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales achievements.
l Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous professional development.
l Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to enhance market presence.
l Client Acquisition & Retention: Lead efforts in reaching, negotiating, and closing deals with potential clients while ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.
l Sales Process Optimization: Drive the enhancement and implementation of effective sales processes for efficiency and success.
l Brand Representation: Represent Payable at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions.
l Commission & Compliance Management: Monitor sales agent commission reports and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing.
What We’re Looking For
l Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or a related industry.
l Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital payment solutions and emerging fintech trends.
l Educational Background: A degree or professional qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
l Exceptional Communication: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
