Responsibilities:

  • PMO Leadership - Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring strategic alignment, and execution excellence.
  • Project Governance & Compliance – Define and enforce governance structures to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Project Management Framework - Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Portfolio & Resource Management – Oversee the entire project portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on project performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Project Execution & Performance Monitoring – Monitor project progress, budgets, and key milestones, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Facilitate seamless communication between project teams, stakeholders, and executive management.
  • Financial Oversight & Budget Management – Drive financial oversight in project execution, ensuring cost efficiency, budgeting accuracy, and ROI optimization.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting – Continuously improve project tracking, reporting mechanisms, and analytical tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Change Management & Transformation – Manage change and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Education & Certification – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in Project & Program Management – Minimum 10 years in project and program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a PMO or large-scale project portfolios.
  • Project Delivery Expertise – Proven expertise in delivering complex, high-impact projects across multiple industries or functions.
  • PMO Implementation & Transformation – Experience in establishing or transforming PMO functions in a dynamic environment.
  • Methodologies & Tools – Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management – Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic & Business Acumen – Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects with business goals and drive operational excellence.
  • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills – Strong analytical skills for performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Change & Transformation Expertise – Expertise in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Financial Management – Solid financial acumen in project execution, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
