Key Responsibilities:
l Achieve Sales Targets – Drive monthly sales and successfully onboard clients.
l Corporate Client Onboarding – Collaborate with management to onboard and deploy corporate clients.
l Merchant Relationship Management – Analyze revenue trends and implement strategies to enhance merchant performance.
l Merchant Education – Train merchants on IPG facilities and ensure seamless usage.
l Revenue & Rent Collection – Maintain rental collection above 85% and support troubleshooting.
l Reconciliation & Reporting – Ensure timely revenue reconciliation and receivable collection.
l Team Leadership – Distribute sales targets, evaluate team performance, and provide coaching.
l Merchant Base Strengthening – Identify and address underperforming merchants.
l Documentation & Compliance – Ensure proper post-deployment documentation.
l People Management – Train, mentor, and support staff while fostering a collaborative work culture.
What We’re Looking For:
l Proven experience in sales and client management.
l Strong leadership and team management skills.
l Ability to analyze revenue trends and implement effective sales strategies.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Experience in POS solutions or financial services is a plus.
