Role Overview:
As the Assistant General Manager / General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Daily operations, Ensuring seamless client interactions, and Maintaining compliance while driving process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence in multi-client RCM service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks while addressing escalations and operational challenges. Provide strategic direction and support to Team Leads, intervening in complex cases to drive resolutions.
- Oversee client meetings and operational discussions, ensuring structured execution and timely interventions when required. Review and refine presentations, reports, and email communications to maintain accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct regular evaluations of RCM processes, including End-of-Day (EOD) reports, to maintain efficiency and adherence to industry best practices. Monitor performance reviews across teams, ensuring standardization and consistency in evaluation criteria.
- Establish and refine protocols, workflows, and documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance. Drive continuous process enhancements to improve service delivery and optimize team performance.
- Assist in business development activities, handling foundational work such as Opportunity Assessments (SOAs) and research to support sales and expansion initiatives.
- Guide and mentor Senior Managers, Manager, Assistant Managers, Team Leads, Assistant Team Leads (ATLs), fostering a performance driven culture, accountability, and continuous learning.
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of RCM experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Must be a Sri Lankan or Indian national.
- Expertise in the full RCM spectrum (Account Management, Denial Management, Billing, Credentialing, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multi-client operations, drive process improvements, and uphold compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process automation, compliance, and sales enablement.
- Must be willing to work onsite during US business hours (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday) from the Sri Lankan office
- Nationality - Sri Lankans & Indians are preferred
