We are seeking a General Manager - Fertilizer & Energy Production to lead and develop our fertilizer machinery production initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving business expansion, managing projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, and deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the manufacturing of fertilizer and energy sectors.

  • Oversee manufacturing production operations, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

  • Drive market expansion initiatives, focusing on product innovation and competitive positioning.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, investors, and business partners.

  • Implement cost-effective operational strategies to optimize profitability and resource utilization.

  • Oversee marketing and commercialization strategies for fertilizer machinery solution.

  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business.

  • Experience: 8+ years in the waste management, fertilizer, or environmental sector, with 3+ years in a managerial or director-level position.

  • Technical expertise: Fully understood on factory (engineering) in fertilizer and energy sectors.

  • Leadership & Project Management: Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and executing machinery projects.

  • Business Acumen: Expertise in operations, finance, regulations, permitting, and business development within the rmachinery production sector.

  • Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships.

  • Industry Network: Well-established connections with government bodies, investors, industry partners, and machinery organizations.

  • Adaptability & Travel: Willingness to travel and operate in a dynamic business environment.

  • Financial Management: Expertise in budget planning, profitability analysis, and operational cost control.

  • Commercialization & Marketing: Knowledge of fertilizer machinery marketing and commercialization strategies.
