Responsibilites
- Creative Execution:
- Conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual content that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions across various digital platforms.
- Ensure all creative outputs are visually engaging, on-brand, and meet high-quality standards.
- Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to translate strategic goals into visually impactful content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, values, and positioning.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity through innovative motion and design work.
- Project Execution:
- Manage multiple design and motion projects, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of creative initiatives.
- Provide input and solutions to enhance storytelling, composition, and user engagement through motion design.
- Animation & Motion Design:
- Design and animate dynamic visual content, including explainer videos, kinetic typography, logo animations, and other motion graphics.
- Utilize advanced animation techniques to enhance storytelling, visual impact, and audience engagement.
- Work with rigging, character animation, and visual effects to bring concepts to life.
- Optimize animations for various formats and platforms, ensuring smooth playback and high-quality visuals.
- Stay updated on animation trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative execution.
- Innovation & Trends:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.
- Experiment with new techniques, tools, and creative approaches to enhance the brand’s visual storytelling.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for digital and video content.
- Team Collaboration & Growth:
- Work closely with the creative team, contributing ideas and expertise to enhance overall design output.
- Support junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and technical expertise in motion design.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the creative team.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Present design concepts and motion work to internal teams and key stakeholders, articulating creative decisions effectively.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding creative projects, timelines, and expectations.
- Act as a key contributor to discussions on creative direction and execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, motion, and animation work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard motion tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and typography.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute high-quality motion graphics.
- Experience in brand marketing, advertising, or digital content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
