Associate Software Engineer - Frontend Development (React Native & ReactJS)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented Associate Software Engineer - Frontend Development to join our team and contribute to both mobile (React Native) and web (ReactJS) development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for both mobile and web applications.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to develop interactive and scalable applications. This is a great opportunity to enhance your React Native and ReactJS expertise while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile & Web Development: Build and maintain scalable applications using React Native (mobile) and ReactJS (web).

User Interface Development: Develop responsive, high-performance UI components following modern frontend best practices.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and modular JavaScript/TypeScript code.

State Management: Implement efficient state management using Redux, Context API, or Recoil.

Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences.

Bug Fixing & Enhancements: Identify and fix UI/UX issues, improve performance, and ensure cross-platform consistency.

Version Control & CI/CD: Use Git for version control and collaborate in an agile development environment.

Technology Exploration: Stay updated with modern frontend frameworks, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in frontend development with React Native & ReactJS.

Technical Skills:

· React Native: Experience in building mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

· ReactJS: Strong knowledge of modern React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI frameworks.

· Frontend Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript ES6+.

· State Management: Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or Recoil.

· API Integration: Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

· Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab.

· Performance Optimization: Familiarity with lazy loading, code splitting, and web performance best practices.

Nice to Have:

-Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.

-Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

-Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or cloud-based web services.
