Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Sinhala and English, with knowledge of Tamil being an added advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in technology, artificial intelligence, and content creation. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately label and annotate diverse datasets
  • Transcribe audio/video content and improve existing transcripts
  • Work with text, images, audio, and video content
  • Learn and apply precise annotation guidelines
  • Use digital annotation tools and platforms
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in training sessions
  • Help improve data preparation processes

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Sinhala and English
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills in the languages you're proficient in.
  • Ability to summarize information effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Having a working Laptop is a must.
  • Familiarity with transcription software or tools
  • Experience with content summarization or writing
  • Knowledge of data annotation practices
  • Interest in technology, politics, media, and the YouTube ecosystem
