Job Summary

As an Experience Designer (UX/UI), you will support large-scale digital innovation projects for consumer brands and enterprise clients. You will connect design, business, and technology to deliver world-class digital experiences for leading companies and global brands. You will also be a student of design with a passion for design elegant solutions in areas of emerging technologies such as AI.

Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design

• Provide clear and honest design feedback while being considerate of interpersonal and professional factors.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to enhance user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles in all projects.

Design Systems

• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Develop reusable components and guidelines that facilitate collaboration among designers and developers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Solid understanding of creating user-centered experiences with complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English), with comfort in presenting to clients or stakeholders.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with motion design and web or mobile development is a bonus.
• Must be able to overlap with select EST hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of analytics tools to measure user engagement and inform design decisions.
• Experience and work with Branding
