Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new merchants to expand our network.
  • Lead and Oversee Sales Team:
    • Supervise and guide the sales team in prospecting and engaging potential merchants interested in adopting Total Payable’s comprehensive payment solutions, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Alipay, and WeChat integrated into a single terminal.
    • Provide mentorship and training to team members on effectively promoting Total Payable’s product offerings such as WPOS (mini & Pro), Mpos (Pinpad), and Payable TAP.
  • Set and Monitor Sales Targets:
    • Establish and distribute monthly sales and revenue targets for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
    • Regularly monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster and Maintain Merchant Relationships:
    • Support the sales team in building and nurturing strong relationships with merchants to promote the advantages and benefits of using Total Payable’s payment solutions.
    • Address escalated merchant concerns and facilitate resolutions in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Rental Collection Oversight:
    • Ensure the team’s adherence to efficient rental collection practices from Payable’s rental merchants.
    • Monitor and review collection processes for improvements and compliance.
  • Technical Support Coordination:
    • Oversee the team’s response to technical support needs, ensuring timely device breakdown resolution for both Payable and bank merchants in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
    • Liaise with the head office to allocate resources for technical support tasks as required.
  • Routine Merchant Visits:
    • Schedule and track the team’s merchant visits, ensuring that each merchant receives a minimum of two visits per month to reinforce partnerships and proactively address any issues.
  • Sales Reporting and Documentation:
    • Ensure team members maintain accurate Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to monitor progress and overall performance.
    • Implement and verify adherence to prescribed workflows and guidelines for streamlined reporting.
  • Team Coordination and Merchant Support:
    • Guide the team in actively supporting merchants from the sign-up phase through deployment, ensuring seamless transitions.
    • Coordinate with the team to provide post-deployment assistance as needed.
  • Merchant Retention Strategy:
    • Develop and implement strategies to minimize merchant churn, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Analyze merchant feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Device Management:
    • Oversee the retrieval of dormant devices from merchants and ensure their accurate and timely return to the head office on a weekly basis.
    • Maintain thorough tracking and documentation for all device collections.
