About This Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate Developer to manage and enhance our SuiteCRM system, which is the backbone of our client & operations management system, while also maintaining and optimizing our WordPress website. This role is ideal for someone with strong PHP development skills, experience with Linux servers, and a passion for automation & optimization.

Key Responsibilities

●SuiteCRM Development & API Integrations – Customize and maintain SuiteCRM modules, workflows, and UI, ensuring smooth functionality and automation. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect SuiteCRM with third-party tools while troubleshooting performance and security issues.

●WordPress Website Management – Maintain and optimize the Simplebooks WordPress website, improving performance, security, and SEO. Troubleshoot and resolve plugin conflicts, speed issues, and security vulnerabilities.

●Server & Database Administration – Manage Linux-based servers and MySQL databases, ensuring uptime, optimization, and regular backups. Implement security patches and performance tuning to maintain system stability.

●System Automation & Troubleshooting – Develop scripts for automation, monitor system performance, and proactively troubleshoot CRM, website, and server-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.

● Experience in Linux server administration and database management.

● Hands-on experience with SuiteCRM or SugarCRM customization (preferred).

● Knowledge of WordPress management, optimization, and security.

● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

●Experience with AWS, GCP or cloud hosting.

●Knowledge on Firebase, Mongodb and any Javascript Frameworks (React, Vue, Node).

●Familiarity with Git version control.
