About the Job:-

Experience & Educational Requirements:

-3–4 years of IT project management experience, leading large-scale projects.

-Proven track record in IT infrastructure projects, with expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps.

-Strong ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

-Hands-on experience with:

--Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)

--Microsoft Project

--ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms

-Pager Duty or other Incident Response platforms

-Experience in managing test cycles and developing detailed test cases.

-Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, including executive leadership.

-Strong leadership abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

-Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.

-High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

-Proven ability to drive projects forward, foster collaboration, and motivate teams.

-Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, data models, and system integrations.

-Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and DevOps methodologies.

-Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles is a plus.

-In-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

-Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
