The Role**

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in crafting and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth. You will work alongside experienced marketers, learning how to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and leverage data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing channels.
• Optimization Learner: Support the team in A/B testing and performance analysis to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and campaign effectiveness.
• Data Analyst: Help monitor and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar.
• Insights Contributor: Assist in translating data insights into actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand campaign goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and key performance metrics.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
