Located in the heart of Colombo, Likuid Spaces provides a unique and inspiring workspace for individuals and teams who appreciate the finer things in life.

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Likuid Spaces team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the co-working market. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with high-profile clients, businesses, and influencers to promote Likuid Spaces as the premier choice for luxury co-working.
  • Be target driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the relevant team to organize and promote events within Likuid Spaces, creating opportunities to showcase the luxury amenities and foster a sense of community.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or serviced office industry.
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the co-working market and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the co-working industry is a plus.
