Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India- Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
- Finalize valuation reports.
- Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.
- Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports & estimated market values.
- Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
- Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team’s guidelines.
- Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.
