Marketing Operational Assistant (Fulltime, Remote, Flexible work hours)

Medics.Academy is a UK based medical and healthcare education company, working with UK Universities, the UK NHS, the World Health Organization, Global Healthcare organisations, and a range of other clients. We develop programmes for doctors and healthcare workers in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.

We are in search for a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Operations Assistant. This role will be supporting the Marketing team to market programmes directly to clinicians globally, through various marketing campaigns, and working with clinicians to create assets and schedules. You will be part of a team, led by high-profile UK Clinicians, working for some of the most prestigious healthcare organisations in Europe.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing social media channels
  • Social media marketing - posting and scheduling
  • Preparing marketing impact reports
  • Ad-hoc operational support for the company
  • Administrative support for the marketing team
  • Contributing to, and executing marketing strategies
  • Collecting and collating testimonials
  • Data collection, analysis, and reporting on the success of strategies
  • Social media monitoring and management
  • Executing social media elements of marketing and communications strategies

Experience and Skill Requirement

  • Experience posting and scheduling on social media platforms
  • Knowledge of how social media platforms work
  • A willingness to learn basic video editing skills
  • Ability to use Excel and produce analysis reports of marketing strategies
  • Administrative support
  • Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written)
  • Creative and ability to think out of the box
