We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in enhancing our customer relationship management capabilities.


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Design, customize, and develop complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards.
  • Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of developed solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to junior developers and contribute to the growth of the CRM development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and project managers, to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features, updates, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance our CRM capabilities.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and plugins to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, including configuration, customization, plugins, workflows, and web services.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and related technologies used in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB-210, MB-220, MB-230) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
