Responsibilities
- Enhance Agile Release Train (ART) performance by promoting cross-team collaboration, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and facilitating continuous improvement through IP iterations and problem-solving workshops.
- Lead PI Planning activities, including preparation, drafting PI plans, defining team objectives, and validating final plans with aligned business value.
- Support iteration execution through backlog refinement, sprint planning, team synchronization, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Optimize delivery flow by implementing and managing team Kanban boards, tracking performance metrics, and embedding quality into every stage of development.
- Foster high-performing agile teams by cultivating a collaborative culture, empowering ownership, and driving consistent delivery of valuable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Scrum Master
- Having experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/Consultant will be preferred.
- Have a good understanding of the principles of a Scaled Agile Framework Enterprise (SAFe)
- Understanding the IT Services Market & Business will be preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent in English is a must (written and oral)
