The position will be responsible for overseeing, managing and leading the development and implementation of new policies, processes and tools with the aim of introducing good HR practices and relevant solutions for stakeholders across the organization within the coverage of HR Center of Excellence (COE) area which includes but is not limited to the functions of: Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Talent Management, mobility and Performance Management including learning and development, Organization Design.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining compensation and benefits strategies including salary structures, payroll processing, compensation tax and total rewards.
- Oversee all the activities regarding the compensation and benefit, and ensure to deliver good service level agreement to all stakeholders across the organization (local and Group Head Quarter)
- Oversees HRIS existing projects and continuous improvement. Responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, operations, and optimization of HRIS.
- Managing performance management from strategic goal setting (cascading goals) and oversees the implementation of performance management processes.
- Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
- Build talent management for current & future readiness for head quarter employees.
- Manage training & development program in accordance with talent management & business continuity.
- Develop strategic plan to face the talent war, build talent pipeline and manage to retain the good talent within company including workforce planning.
- Responsible for handling Talent Acquisition of Mid-career hiring.
- Responsible for building strategic plan of retention for head quarter employee.
- Act the role as Business partner for Head Quarter Departments and maintain relation with each Dept Head to build productive and healthy working culture.
- Cooperate/collaborate with Group Head Quarter (GHQ) HR team for all above related matters.
- GHQ task management: run the task from GHQ, including new system/procedure/manual application to local, including internal audit handling
- Build employee engagement programs that's accommodate company needs.
- Maintain industrial relations among employees and relationships with manpower.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in HR especially COE area, with minimum 5 years in managerial level.
- Experience working in multinational/global environment company as C&B manager, and familiar with multi-channel/country/matrix organization.
- Able to closely involve, hands-on in all COE areas.
- Have experience in payroll consultant will be a plus
- Have good leadership skills to lead team, build & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- The ability to work with the organization at all levels and with different backgrounds.
- High energy levels, speedy & agile, ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently.
- Good command of both verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and team members and promote a positive and productive environment.
