One of our prestigious clients who is an Event Management Company in Dubai is looking for experienced "BPO Executives" to join their Colombo team immediately.

SALARY: Rs. 55,000 - 75,000

Salary range mentioned above would vary according to the experience of the candidates.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Secondary research and collect contact details of decision-makers from the target market.
• Conduct outbound calls to international B2B prospects to promote our products/ services and generate sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the international sales team to develop strategies and enhance sales processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Prior International BPO/ Tele Calling experience is mandatory.
• Must have undergone International Voice/ Tone and Accent training in the past.
• Proven experience in B2B tele sales, preferably in an international environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
