Over the next decade, we will need an additional 18 million healthcare workers to meet global demand for healthcare services. We have been building widely adopted education programmes in the UK for the last 4 years, and our team needs diverse and exacting thinkers to create products that will help continue our rapid expansion as well as seeing those products through from their inception to the final, revenue-generating result.
The ideal candidate we are looking for should meet the criteria below to be successful
- Passed Finalist of CIMA/ACCA
- 4 - 5 Years of work experience in accountancy and financial analysis
- Preferred prior audit experience (Big Four)
- Strong revenue accounting and control experience
- Excellent skills in advanced excel (Preferred Google Sheets)
- Team player with high IT literacy and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organisational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working with UK clients is an added advantage
The Job Role
- Preparing variance analysis reports
- Monthly sales analysis reports
- Run routine and Adhoc financial reports for management purposes
- Engage in financial planning and long term financial projections
- Review existing processes to procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
- Cost analysis related work and internal control efficiency
- Work closely with the CEO and the senior management to capture and report the company’s long term financial direction.
- Work with business unit heads to build their periodic budgets forecasts and reporting
- Provide insights to senior management around financial performance and improvements.
